They say people with high intellectual abilities have the higher percentage of having success in their lives. Opportunities of getting a good job are center to those who have high intellectual abilities. But the question is how a genius person would sustain his/her career if he/she doesn’t have moral values within himself/herself. Indeed, no matter how simple-minded or intelligent you are good moral values are the most important a person should have. You cannot enter a company if you have no moral standards and you will not have many friends if you have bad attitudes. This is how important the moral values a person should have.

Physical Education is not easy as easy as you thought but, it gives us education on how to be physically fit. Aside from giving information it is the way on how to express your talent and skills. Another is it will serve as your stress reliever by performing a lot of physical activities.

PE subject is enjoy because every Wednesday I'm so excited to go to school because we have a lot to do and also we experience a lot of physical activities that help our health to be healthy.

In this subject I have learned that having physically fit body is important. How can you work if you have illness or pain in your body you would probably say I need to buy medicine for this awful feeling in my body right now, I need to buy pain reliever for my wound. These lines are so familiar to us because I know that we have all experienced being sick. But when Physical Education started I was interested to listen because the activities are more in sports. I am a kind of person that wants to have physical activities such as basketball, badminton, volleyball and many more. Simply I just want to be fit and maintain my body posture. I have learned many things in this subject like history, equipments, skills and violations in different sports. I learned also the different categories of games. We have individual, dual and team sports.

In P.E class, I have learned so many things about volleyball, badminton, basketball and so on. The skills that will increase my abilities to play in these kinds of sports. These kind of sports are completely different. One, I know how to be on my own when I wasn't have any partners or teams. Another thing, I learn how to work as a team and to be trust in my teammate.

Social Science, it is the gateway to understand the society. Your mind will be open on different aspects or happening on the society. Yes, it might change your perception but the most important is you will really understand why it is like that. Actually it helps you to find yourself, I mean to found out who really you are. Another is, when you encounter this subject you will experience a lot of ideas on the happening in our society. You will have the idea on how to involve on that aspect. The real essence of this subject is to help you involve on the society because you are part of it you just don’t noticed it.

Social science helps us to understand different life or kind of person. At first I didn't understand it well but days passes by I already have knowledge about this subject. I love social science because I think this is the easiest subject that I've encountered in my senior high school year and it help us to develop our skills and knowledge about HUMSS strand.

Can you explain a person having mental problems, person do not behave well and why do we have this kind of society. These are just some of the questions you may encounter when you choose the strand of Humanities and Social Science (HUMSS). Studying society, community, family and individual are so interesting to do because we are able to know how different people collaborate with each other. In this subject we have learned many things about our society, a society is people in general thought of as living together in organized communities with shared laws, traditions and values. I’ve learned that every individual in a society need to do their responsibility or else society will meet anomie which is not good at all. So, we need to live with dignity and integrity.

SOCIAL STUDIES is important because it teaches students fundamental concepts of culture, economics and politics skills to groom them into educated, productive citizens. SOCIAL STUDIES centers around understanding how the world works on a social level.
